• Triangular-shaped pool tucked in at the end of the deck. The pool is 12x20 ft, heated with glass mosaic tiles and 2 water spillways. Next to the pool are 4 lounge chairs for sunning and a private outdoor shower.
•Large neighborhood pool, tennis courts, and playground are within a 5-minute walk.
•Immaculate cleaning service provided by Pelican Cleaning Services. Highend bath and bed linens are provided along with a toiletry bundle
•Provided in the kitchen will be towels & pot holders, paper towels, trash bags, liquid detergent, and dishwasher pods.
New 2022 High-Efficiency washer & dryer. New 2021 stove, dishwasher, and super quiet garbage disposal
WHAT TO KNOW
The beach is a 15-minute walk, a quick bike ride, or a 3-minute drive. Your beach access is at the Sea Pines Beach Club with parking available to all guests from Labor Day through mid-March. Mid-March through the end of summer, the trolly transports guests from various trolly parking lots to The Sea Pines Beach Club. The nearest trolly lot is at the intersection of Greenwood Dr and Willow Oak.
Pets: We welcome your well-behaved dog for $250, certainly a lot less than boarding. Certain breeds will not be allowed due to size, temperament, oily coats. If in doubt, please inquire.
On check-out day please return all moved items to their original setting. This includes kitchen appliances, lamps, TVs, decor, and all furniture, both inside and outside. A reset fee may apply.
